Refund policy

Don’t love it? Don’t keep it! We make the world’s best razors and we’re confident that you’ll agree. In fact, we’re so confident that we give you 30 days to try it out risk-free. Shave with your Blackland gear for a month and if you don’t love it, send it right back.

To initiate a return, please contact support@blacklandrazors.com. Products shipped to us without properly contacting us and formally initiating the return will be sent back. Returns must be received in like-new condition, with the original packaging, and must be delivered to Blackland within 30 days of receiving the package. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for insured and tracked return shipping. Returned goods that do not meet the above criteria will be shipped back to the buyer.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, Workshop Batches, or other products where clearly stated.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
