International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or DHL Express. In all cases, the actual value of the shipment will be declared and the customer is responsible for understanding and paying for any fees, taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. Please ensure that you research any applicable fees that you will be subject to before placing your order.

First Class shipping typically takes 3-4 weeks, but may take 6+ weeks in some cases. Packages shipped with USPS First Class may not show real-time tracking information. USPS Priority Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks, but may take longer. All packages shipped via USPS will be handed off to the postal service in the destination country who will then take over the tracking information.

DHL Express typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive, but may take 2-3 weeks in rare circumstances. Tracking is generally updated frequently. If you can afford this more expensive option, we highly recommend it.

Please include a phone number during checkout to allow for easier delivery. If a package is returned due to insufficient address, refusal to pay customs/import fees, or inability for the postal service to contact the recipient, the cost of shipping will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that we do not have access to more advanced tracking information and we will not be provide more tracking information  if the tracking for your shipment has not updated recently. We receive the same tracking information that your tracking number shows and we will not be able to locate the package or update its status. However, if the shipping time has exceeded the estimates listed above, please contact us so we may begin an inquiry and take the necessary steps to ensure that you receive your order.
